Interview
I applied through hackerearth coding contest, after successfully qualifying the contest, I got call from HR of Thoughtworks for further interview process. First round was coding , there after based upon that code , one of the developer from their company asked multiple questions on that code and asked me to do slight changes.

Interview
I had applied through campus. They had 2 coding rounds short coding and long coding. I was able to clear them both. We were called at Thoughtworks Pune for further interview process. 3rd round was Technical Round. People their are not professional. Nobody was their to conduct our interviews. 2 guys, one of them had just joined took my interview in a very unprofessional way. They were least interested in the process.

Interview
First I submitted a code sample, which was a simple question but they asked us to answer it in such a way that it could be easily scaled. I was asked to submit a document of 20ish personality questions. Then I was interviewed over the phone - this, again, focused more on personality but also provided me with an opportunity to elaborate on my experiences.
