Applied on linkedIn, had a phone call with national recruiter, had another phone call with a local recruiter, came in person to interview with about 6 different senior managers. After the interview they had me complete a personality test that evening at home and submit it for review.

Easy - no questions about what you actually can do but more on your attitude and on how much you actually want the job and on your motivations to join the company . Very American style.
