Applied via LinkedIn and was contacted two days later. Did phone screen but didn't proceed to further rounds. I was a bit thrown off by strictly negative behavioral questions and no other questions related to experience. Primarily conflict resolution questions, what negative feedback I've received from a manager, and what times I had disagreed with a client and what I did about it.
