TransPerfect Customer Service Representative interview questions

Applied via linkedin and the recruiter reached out to me. Spoke with him and then a manager and then the director of the location. then the CRO. The questions were pretty basic - tell me about yourself, tell me about a success and failure, accomplishments, why do you want this job...

I applied through my university's job search platform. I received an email from a recruiter and set up a phone interview. I had my interview on Friday 2/14, and the recruiter (who was different than the person who originally emailed me) told me I'd hear back by the end of the following week (by 2/21). It has been nearly two weeks since I interviewed and have heard absolutely nothing. I've tried contacting a couple of different recruiters and still, nothing. I think I've been ghosted. Very unprofessional. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, nothing surprising.
