First step was a phone screening, straightforward, 15 minutes. Then I had a video call with one of the department managers, which was also straightforward, asking about my background and interests. Then I had two on-site interviews, one with two managers, then one with a VP.

very long, 5+interviews, and then they don't get back to you soon enough. HR tells you what you want to hear then they don't follow through on the benefits mentioned.
Very lenghty process with several follow ups with no response. Turnover is I understand very high. Could be a good stepping stone as a junior but that is all. Team seem alright.
