It was pretty straight forward procedure. I was approached by its talent manager by email. I had to sit for an hour long online test. After a few dayd, I was told that I had passed the test. Afterwards, a telephone interview was organised. The interview questions were pretty straightforward too and the interview didn't last for longer than 20 minutes.
