TransPerfect Project Manager interview questions

The hiring process is a lengthy process involving several interviews. I personally had a Skype interview and then another Skype interview and then an interview in person. At least they were willing to pay my plane trip for the interview which was nice.

I was contacted for an interview via email. The interviewer was extremely straight-forward about the questions. No small talk here. I led him through my resumé, and got questions like: on a scale from 1-10, how competitive are you? / can you name 3 instances in which being competitive served to your advantage / what are you strengths and weaknesses? / why do you want to work at Transperfect and how did you hear about . There weren't any huge curveballs.
