Turing Business Analyst interview questions

I first applied for the job role, and then there were 2 assignments, which I completed and passed. After some days, I have received the link for the interview. There were 2 rounds of interviews. first the technical one then the general HR interview.

I did not get to the interview stage. I was not sent any email after the assessment. I also noticed they always have a job posting for the role. I am not sure if they are trying to drive traffic to their brand or they have a poor employee retention rate.
