Interview
Interview was pretty simple. I sat in a room with the HR representative and answered a few questions. Most of the questions were concerning physical ability and health. It didn't take very long and the person was very nice.

Are able to lift 20 to 30 lbs. with out any issues?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
