Interview was a tour around the warehouse to get an idea of the work and the various sections of the work area.It was an opportunity to ask questions and gauge the physical demands of the job.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UPS (Phoenix, AZ) in Sep 2015
Interview
Had to go twice.
The first was with a group of about 20 people. They walk you through the distribution center and show you what the people do very briefly so you have an idea of the physical expectations so you do not quit right after training.
Second time was for a short 15 minute one on one interview where they gauge your interest in staying with the company and to make sure you have the right attitude. It is an entry level position so experience is secondary to these first two things.
Somewhat easy. Just be truthful. Applied online and the training they had was for only a few days. If you have experience in this field great.. if you don't have experience also great.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UPS (Concord, ON) in Nov 2022
Interview
Easy, around 7 peoples at the same time, first an explanation of the place and what work day looks like, after that the interview. Around 1 hour the whole process
