Interview
They held an open interview process in an open room that held roughly fifty people at a time. The actual interviewing took place in three stages in a one on one basis. Drug screening and job offers were made at the end of the process.

Do you have an limitations on lifting packages up to 70lbs?
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
