i applied to work in the UPS as a package handler online, after few days they called me to setup an appointment. The interview was 1 to 1. The interviewer was sitting behind her computer. She asked me few questions. After that she told me when to start working
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
