UPS Part-Time Supervisor interview questions

The interview was very informal. Had to returm for second interview and typical questions about experience and vision for the future. Some personality questions and scenarios. Timely call back and start date.

Was very direct and didn't take more than 30 minutes. Asked questions about my leadership style, education, allowed me to ask questions. Management told me about the position and what their expectations were. They asked my earliest availability. I disclosed I was interviewing for other positions as I have applied to more than one position.
