UPS Manager interview questions

Managers were postive.. they have a great structure for the interview process. After the interview they responded with a response either positive or negative... on my situation they responded with what skills I was missing.

I went there two weeks ahead to do the state test. After I passed they called me for personal interview. I went to check background and drug test. one week later they called I can start on 3/7/17
