Interview
Extremely easy to become a supervisor because the turnover rate is so high. If you want some experience in management work for for a year. They brief you on what to expect such as union employees and constant absences. It can get demoralizing after a while but there is still a lot to learn. I say work here for a short time and move on to something better once you receive a college degree.

Interview
phone interview , they asked basic questions on different problems and how I would handle them. All in all they just want to know your mind set on how you would handle a problem and if you don't know something how you will reach out to make it happen.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at UPS in Apr 2013
Interview
I interviewed with the hub manager, and assistant manager; I was recommended by one of the Operations Managers. It was more of a conversation than a structured interview. I essentially introduced myself and spoke about my experience and why I was there. The interview started later than the scheduled time and it seemed as though they were reading my resume for the first time as I sat down. I sensed this and led the conversation highlighting my background and why I thought I would be a great addition to the company.
