none, just called the contact i had and they were able to get me onboarded and ready to start. communication was bad and ended up leaving 6 months after starting

It was not extensive enough. I believe that they are hiring people that are not qualified to get the job done. Although the job seems pretty simple, i have met a lot of people who have done the job poorly and have been working there for years while getting an earful from management week in and week out.
