human resource representative is very aggressive and up in your face. They give you a general tour first where they are actually watching your behavior, your interaction and if you ask any questions. By the time they finish the tour they already have profiled you to determine whether they think you are fit for the job.

The interview process was very casual. I met with HR and talked about what I was looking for and they informed me that this job was physically strenuous and required quick thinking.
