Very easy and straightforward, the main things are about the shift you can work, hours available and that free on weekend and holidays, exceptions might be during thanksgiving and christmas. you will get an average of 18 to 20 hours per week and a weekly bonus of $100.

1 on 1 interview lasts about 10 minutes, generally asking question about why do you think you belong at ups. After interview you are seated into a seperate room where you fill out paperwork. Usually last 20 minutes depending on how many people that have applied there.

Are you a hard worker, this job requires that you be on your feet for at least 4 hours and you are tasked with lifting packages that are 70+ pounds or more.
