Very simple. I sat in a room with a group of people, then one by one they called us into a room. They asked the usual questions, but the one I remember was "How long do you plan to work here?" I said "At least through Christmas." Then less than a week later, I received the call that I'd got the job. 10 years later, I've forgotten what I felt in that Process. I was not intimidated, it was very quick and straightforward. Can you lift over 35 lbs? yes. Your Hired.
