I applied online and was asked to come in a week later with 2 forms of ID (driver's license and either birth cert, ss card, or unexpired passport). It was a group "interview" with 5 other applicants and the HR rep reviewed the job types, the shift choices and the benefits (eligible after 1 year). Afterwards, we were called in for a one-on-one where I presented my IDs to her and we discussed start date and how to complete my information on upsjobs.com.

Interview
Quick and simple. First you walk in and tell them who you are give them your I.D and wait to be called. After you get called you walk in one of the sub offices they have in the place. Then that's when they review your application with you make sure everything is fine and dandy, warn you about the temperature increase then if you still want it they give it to you... The job so to speak.
