Interview
I applied online and scheduled an orientation interview the next day. It was me and four other people that applied for the position sitting in a room while the interviewer explained the position. He told us the job was hard and demanded a lot more work for what they pay you. $10.10 an hour for 3^1/2 - 5 hours for 5 days a week, $25 deducted a week in union fees for 8 weeks, no brakes or days off, and you have to make it a year before quitting or they ban you from the company. He stressed that this was only a job for students looking for benefits because they help pay for school and was not worth it other wise. The interviewer then talks to you 1 on 1 to see how they can work around your school schedule if you want the job.

Interview
Short 5 minute interview. There were about 8-10 people in the room and we went over pay, benefits, union stuff, and working conditions. We toured the building. Then we had a short interview with HR. She literally went over my work history, asked if I was going to school and when classes were. They will pretty much hire everyone since it's a high turnover rate.

Interview
The interview is a tour of the facilities, and just an overall review of the job at hand. It was a group interview which made it more comfortable, boots are a must!!
