I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at US Army
Interview
The hiring process takes a bit of time. First you must see a recruiter and fill out a questionairre. The recruiter can deem if you are eligible for hire into the Military off this questionairre. He might need further resources, such as paperwork from previous surgeries and such, before you can proceed to the next step. Then you have to take a practice test to see where you would fit in. If you pass this you go on to the next step which is medical, and its an all day process. If you make it past this then you speak to a guidance counselor who will get the rest of your paperwork done along with a :ship: date for you to head on out. lastly you will swear in.
