They train you with all the interviews and make you give a mock call live in the final interview. They usually use recruiter. They will have 4 interviews on average.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Uber (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
I was contacted by Uber in early September for an AE opportunity. I was promptly offered several verticals to interview with.
I was given a recruiter screen, a 1:1 with the hiring manager, and a final presentation (12 slides to present).
After my presentation, I was given zero feedback despite asking for it, and was told to await further instruction from the recruiter.
Several days later, I am contacted and informed I did not make the cut for that team, however there was an adjacent opportunity as an Account Executive that I could also interview for. The catch? I need to run through my presentation again.
This is where the wheels fell off. The second team I interviewed were both late to the presentation, and couldn't look any less interested to speak with me.
I was never informed my candidacy status after that. It's a shame that companies like Uber can waste so much of their candidates (and employee's time).
