I applied online. I interviewed at Uber in Dec 2025
Interview
Applied to job listing requesting emailed application, eventually reached out to by an Engineering Manager for a screen. Had a call, went great, then silence.
Reached out again to manager to see if there would be more steps. Silence
Reached out to uberhr to see if they could address question, they denied having any record of my having applied or anything else.
After sending copies of emails proving contact, screen, etc, ticket was transferred to IT team to investigate.
Not a good sigh when they play these ghosting games.
