There isn't really an interview. You attend the office with the correct licenses and paper work, for example, the council you are with, CRB Check, vehicle documents, insurance and other documents and they will sign you up and you will be able to start work straight away.

You need to pass all inspection, then upload your registration, insurance, ID document using Uber app or website.
When you upload the documents, you have to wait for about 2 hours to get Uber approve it.
