Uber Operations Consultant interview questions

i applied for uber through online, its ok they have 5 posts and interviewed around 50 guys, but they focused on people who has employee references, surprisingly people with employee references reached final round,am not among them.its so ridiculous none of the guys from our group discussion got selected. why they have called us for interview? to make some show off or what.

The process started with the first round of interview which was basically a introduction round ,after that I was given test to check my data analytical skills. Test comprises of questions on Excel and general situation base questions. After clearing that, I got the call for telephonic interview. There it went 3-4 rounds of telephonic interviews based on case study, business model of Uber,data analysis etc and after clearing all the rounds, finally I was asked to join immediate within a week.
