A recruiter reached out to me. He was very professional and responsive. I passed the codesignal test.
He handed me over to a second recruiter. This recruiter asked for my interview times. I gave him times. He set up several interviews and all interviewers were ghosts.
He asked for more interview times. I gave times for next week. He didn't respond for two weeks. I asked him if he is ok? Instead of answering my question, he responded by setting up an interview on a completely random day.
After another message or two, this guy ghosted me. Anyways, it's been a absolute disaster and I've lost all trust with this guy and this company.

Short phone introduction followed by a coding assignment done remotely but timed. Later a technical interview with a potential peer, lasted about an hour. The final step was then a larger group interview about an hour and half.
