Walmart Cashier interview questions

The test is in the online application, where they ask questions to determine if you're comfortable with authority, good at following direction, etc. The interview questions are all situations, such as 'Tell me about a time you had to work quickly, and still ensure your work was of high quality', and 'tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help someone. How did your help make a difference?'.

I applied online then called a few days later. I was then set up with an interview with a department manager. The store manager was out of the building. I was then called back for a second interview. I didn't receive any calls so I called back and now I have a 3rd interview today.
