good and casual, they were friendly and both my interviewees seemed genuinely enjoying to work for the company. it was at a career fair and the recruiters were looking for new interns
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Austin, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied online through a university job search
Was contacted fairly quick via email, where I was scheduled a simple 30-minute phone interview with the Regional HR Manager. The phone interview was mostly skills-based and I was asked questions focusing around interpersonal and customer relations from past experiences. I was presented with the offer of the internship within a few days after the phone interview.
