Just asking basic knowledge questions. They will ask same questions to all employees. about experiences with customer services and your customer service ability.
Mostly behaviour based. Two to Theee interviews maximum depending on the team. At first the recruiter will connect with you on why you are interested for the role and why the specific location. After which your first round interview would be scheduled

Okay interview, didn’t think pay was that great so I decided not to go with it. Not great work culture or corporate environment. Don’t treat their employees well but everyone has different experiences.
