Good, very selective. The interviewers were nice and the company seemed to be very orginisation in the interview. In the process they ask no extremely personal questions. I thought that the interview process was nice and the people there were very enthusiastic about their jobs. If i were to work there in the future that is the type on environment i would like.
The interview process included a behavioral screening. Then, the interview process proceeded with a round one interview which was technical-focused, and round two interview which was a combination of technical and behavioral questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview consisted primarily of behavioral and situational questions, with a few logical reasoning and technical questions mixed in. The behavioral and situational questions focused on past experiences, problem-solving approaches, and teamwork.
The interview process for the Walmart internship was organized and straightforward. Recruiters were professional, asked clear behavioral and situational questions, and communicated next steps promptly, making the experience stress-free and informative.
