I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Cold Lake, AB)
Interview
Filled out an straight forward application (even with resume), behavioral questions / test on various hypothetical situations, general questions on your background and experience. I was hired on the spot after everything.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where you are being paged and a customer asks you for help.
Straightforward but never really felt like I was anything more than a set of numbers on a spreadsheet – minimal questions or human interest, and the interviewer didn't seem to know anything about my field, skillset, or scope beyond what was on the paper in front of them.

Question 1
How do you approach a fast-based work environment where priorities can often shift quickly?
The interview was conducted in an orderly manner. It felt personal and the questions pertained to the role & how I would in it. Ultimately, I think the interview was a pretty basic process.
