Overall impression: Felt rushed and in the dark.
I was recruited via a 3rd party agency all via email and LinkedIn. That experience was a little too transactional, in my opinion. When I was transferred over to Wipro’s talent acquisition person, I felt rushed when she worked on scheduling me for a 30-minute interview with executives without any initial phone screen. She said that I “already had a prescreen.” I went with it and waited for my virtual interview day. The morning of, the talent acq canceled the interview with no explanation. I had to reach out to ask if it will be reschedule. Long story short, it got rescheduled to the following week.
Finally, to the interview. For an interview with executives, I had expected more - 30 minutes did not seem enough for a senior, 6-figure position. Again, I did my best. The interviewers were pleasant.
I sent a post-interview email, as is customary, and even received a response from one of the interviewers.
3+ weeks after and I have not heard back from them. I’m considering this interview and prospect closed.

One should have to write the test and then they are eligible to tr/hr round interview. There is only one round of interview in wipro hiring process

Interview is good and gave better experience for me and the rounds is three rounds one is aptitude and other two is Technical Round and HR round the coding is little hard in written test... practice well and definitely you got best result thank you
