Salary negotiations are of no use, they give within 30 % and wont offer more than 30% of your current salary.
HR is very disciplined and would give timely updates. You will never be required to chase them for updates

Wipro has a very professional process there was very quick responses given by the HR personnel, the experience was like that of a foreign firm rather than an Indian one.
Good communication skills required and experience is must and should be willing to work in rotation shift. Willing to relocate anywhere in India.
