Interview
Firstly there will be online test comprising of basic Aptitude, Communication skills and Logical reasoning. After this there will be a coding round of two questions. Coding questions will be of average level.
Three round are conducted generally. First is technical. Second round is excel test. Third is technical plus HR. The difficulty level is average. The questions are dependent on the team you are going into.
3 round of interview. Before that there is a test for checking communication skills. This role is for bps sector. After passing the test, had an interview with team lead, and it was good.
