Interview
Wipro has several levels of communication, a little overwhelming sometimes; but this has to do with the company's culture. I think also because my interview was in the States and we have a different way of conducting business made it a little bit tiring, I think it may work a little better in other countries.

Very good salary and challenging work however it sometimes gets very hectic. Had reasonable expectations from team and were able to deliver during crunch time. The overall environment was positive and the planning has to be made more diligent and detailing was missing. Some things used to be worked out in a hurry and some used to take very long to reach to a conclusion...

My interview process was fairly straightforward. I had 2 rounds of interviews upon which an offer was made shortly afterwards. The hiring process was another story a little drawn out and very slow moving.
2 levels of tech round followed by HR . L1 and L2 panels .HR will mainly focus on fitment of role and salary range . Average difficulty to crack to the interview based on the need
