Interview
I applied via the company website. I was interviewed for two separate positions, approximately 4 months apart. First Position... I had one phone interview with the recruiter (plus multiple one off conversations), then a virtual interview with a manager. I did not get this position, the recruiter was transparent stating that I was worth too much, they could not pay me what I was worth. Second Position... The recruiter reached back out to me, advising me that a position within my range was now available. I had a virtual interview with a manager, then a second virtual interview with two members from the team I was interviewing for. Finally, I had a virtual interview with another manager who conducted an Excel skills test live.
