Interview
After submitting a CV and cover letter, candidates were shortlisted using a telephone interview and later invited to a video interview if successful. The telephone interview was very short and assessed the core attributes of the candidate whereas the video interview had many questions which assessed the core competencies of the candidate.
A series of case interviews followed by personality interviews. The cases were challenging and very consistent with MBB style interviews. A true management consulting practice with challenging interviewers from impressive backgrounds.
