I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Honolulu, HI) in May 2015
Interview
Indepth - 8 interviews with different staff members and managers. Some of the interviewers were more engage than others. I think WWT has people interview applicants with no value add for some.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Denver, CO) in Dec 2015
Interview
So far the process has been friendly and supportive working in a cooperative manner to align schedules. Every step & conversation has been actually be a lot of fun. Cultural fit is important an I respect the vetting process. After 8 interviews I hope to learn I have landed in WWT as it will likely be my last place I ever work.

Question 1
Please tell me your most challenging experience addressing a client that was upset with an outcome?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2011
Interview
Met with and was vetted by recruiter, who set up interviews with company. During the first half-day interview, I met with many people, usually one-on-one. Some had prepared questions, others seemed to be "winging it". Was invited to lunch by my last interviewer and enjoyed a nice lunch with him. Several email communications resulted where I discussed how I would move forward quickly with the already in-progress (and behind schedule) project. We also discussed my apparent short-comings and how they would be addressed. I was later told by the recruiter that I had not been chosen.
5 months later the recruiter calls to ask if I am still interested. They had not hired anyone and the project was further behind schedule. I attended another interview, where we again talked about how I would move the project forward and how to address my apparent short-comings. They simply told the recruiter I was not a good fit with their company.
I agree that I was not a good fit and am now happy that I was not hired.
