XYZ interview questions

Third class interview process. They don't know whats going on in the interview process. I attended the interview process for internship and after attending interview final result is wastage of money and about the time it is not wasted due to that I learn some things.. HR also don't know who is taking an interview and what saying to the candidate and not properly maintaining the link between them.
