Interview was overall not too hard, however the questions are very specific and are all behavioral based. There was not alot of conversation within the interviews, just very to the point.
All the questions were behavioral based questions. The interview should be like telling a story, what did you do, how did you handle it, what was the result, and the outcome.
I anticipated all the questions that were asked. If you do your homework, the interviews should not be difficult at all.
Asked about my past experiences
There were no difficult questions, and no gotchas. Some of the questions were obviously looking for rote answers, and were a part of a social norming process.
