You may be asked about classroom management and how you would handle various situations. You may be asked about how you appeal to different learning styles, large groups of students.
What resources would you use to help guide your teaching
None. That's the problem. I cannot imagine how the information they get from those antique, trite questions could inform them of the quality of the teacher. This told me a lot about how much they care about the caliber of their faculty, and the consequent quality of their program.
