They ask you to describe exactly how a call center works. They also ask you some random questions about technology. For example: " what is an LCD TV and what does LCD stand for?" There were maybe three questions like that to make sure you at least have the most basic familiarity with technology.
Was basically repetitive asking questions to the tune of have you ever had challenges with (meeting customers expectations, disregarding management's advice, providing solutions outside of your scope of offerings, etc). Having over 10 years sales experience and 3 years management experience I have experienced every single sales scenario they threw at me and I answered citing specific opportunities from my past.
All of the questions are standard: tell about a stressful situation, tell me about a time that you disagreed with your boss, tell me about a time that dealt with an under performing partner, etc.
