What was your favorite/least favorite course so far?
Mostly asked about experience working in past internship and clubs. What is the connection between the Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statement and Income statement? What are your three greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- Knowledge check. The manager really wanted to know if you have the required educational knowledge that the everyday routine demands (EBITDA, Debt, Leverage etc) - Technicalities check. The manager also asked some things about how well I was aware of Excel and how to deal with some things. - Character check. Well, this one is what impressed me the most and I really liked that this took place. The manager asked some tricky questions, putting "pressure" on me on how should I handle different situations, and how would I react to a project or a client. I'm almost sure that this is how I earned this position. Well, the HR did, you know, the classical questions you expect, and also took a dive into my CV asking me questions about my past experience and uni volunteering.
