Great questions related to the suitability of the role. Essentially, the hirer detailed what the successful applicant would be doing in their day-to-day, the interviewee would be asked to confirm if they had similar experience and how they'd tackled it in the past. Generally it was a lot more beneficial from each side as the interviewee was saved from being asked the same bog standard interview questions.
