First interview was pretty usual with questions on motivation and previous achievements. During the 2-hour long interview you needed to complete a GIS test (30 minutes). Then they asked you to complete: - Logical Test - Personality Test online. During second interview multiple situational judgement questions. I remember they were related to learning process, working methods (priorities, stubbornness, process for goal achievement). The recruiting team also talked about the result of the logical and personality tests taken beforehand.
