First, they asked the standard "Tell us about yourself" question. Later, I was a little surprised that they asked the typical strengths vs. weaknesses, but they did. They inquired about past work experience and how I thought those experiences would help in this position. They wanted to know why I wanted the job.

When did you have difficulty with upper management, how did you resolve it. Type questions that don't relate to the job.
