Phone interview was simple. Mostly asked generic questions like “why are you seeking a new position” and “what are you looking for in your next position”.
None. Lots of good group discussion about the company. Candid curiosity encouraged. Recruiter was genuine and upfront, not plastic or hysterically positive.
