I was asked about how I handle conflict (as a QE you often are the final say on something which people really strongly want to go one way or the other and they may be frustrated if you disagree with them).

The only unexpected question was what was the most controversial situation you have been in and what did you do to resolve it.

I have college experience with Java and do not memorize specific Java tools and I was asked to solve questions using these standards. Although I knew how to solve the problems, I was unable to answer them due to specific Java related knowledge.
