I did not find it was a tough hiring process, each recruiter was really friendly and the questions asked were quite "easy" to answer with a good preparation before. What struck me the most was the negative answer at the end of the recruitment process ! The recruiter told me I did not have enough work experience, I found this reason a bit weak, but there is a lot of competition !
Most difficult: Try to estimate how many pieces a regular H&M store sells one day? Most Unexpected: Which of the H&M values do you think mostly represents you and why? (during the assessment day´s personal interview after the presentation)
Very basic! Why h&m, tell us about a leader experience, why did you apply, what skills does BC need....
They ask a lot about my previous experience. "Tell us about one day when you had to deal with someone who was not agree with you..."
